Methodology
How it works
1
Universe
Start from the Nifty LargeMidCap 250, filtered to stocks priced under ₹5,000. The equity sleeve sits inside a multi asset frame with debt and gold.
2
Rank
Score every stock in the universe by a momentum composite: price trend over several look backs, risk adjusted. The top names by score become the candidate list.
3
Select
Hold the top 42 equity names plus the fixed debt and gold sleeve. Equity is equal weighted within its sleeve; the sleeve weights are fixed.
4
Rebalance
Every 2 weeks the model runs again end to end. Names that fall out of the top 42 are sold; new entrants are bought. The full list is published at every rebalance.

Why Large Mid Multi Asset
Where the models run
Same overlay as Allcap Multi Asset (Eq 80 / Debt 10 / Gold 10), but on the LargeMidCap 250 universe instead of the Nifty Total Market. Drawdown control is the design brief.
The narrower equity universe, the top 250 names by market cap, trades some of the broad-market engine for steadier underlying names, and the debt and gold sleeves take the edge off whatever equity drawdowns remain. Two layers of cushioning on one card.
When equity regimes turn hostile, this card is built to give back less than its pure-equity twin. The sleeves cannot cancel a drawdown. They shrink it.
The lived experience of this card is a large and mid-cap equity sleeve with debt and gold sleeves alongside it.
For an investor who wants the LargeMidCap 250 universe with debt and gold sleeves for drawdown control, 40 stocks rotated every 2 weeks is the only card on the lineup that combines them. Sized as the core sleeve of a moderate-risk portfolio.
Key takeaways
LargeMidCap 250 momentum with an 80/10/10 multi-asset overlay
Two cushions: a large and mid-cap universe plus debt and gold sleeves
Designed for drawdown control first, momentum capture second
The core sleeve of a moderate-risk portfolio

Who it is written for
Written for
Investors who want a balanced equity tilt with a built-in volatility cushion
Capital
About ₹2,49,000, one share of every holding at recent prices. More capital buys more of each holding and tracks the model weights more closely.
How the rule was built
Machine learning is used in research to search and optimise the model behind each strategy: which signals rank the universe, how many names to hold and how often to rebalance, tested out of sample. The rule that ships is then frozen and published, so the live strategy is a fixed, readable algorithm, not a black box that changes on its own.
